Joshua Long is a Positive, Inspirational Artist out of Baltimore, Maryland. He has been pursuing music since he was 10 years old. HE is the oldest of 5, a multi-instrumentalist, producer, songwriter, and Spiritual enthusiast.

As the son of a reformed Presbyterian minister, Joshua grew up in a very religious home. He took piano lessons from elementary school all the way through high school. He continued his music education attending the University of the Arts where he received his Bachelors in Jazz performance. In the past 15 years Josh has served many churches in Maryland, Philadelphia, and New Jersey. He was a member of Hiphop Collective Sela, fronted Rock fusion band Apollo Sun, worked with Hip-Hop Artist Gilbere Forte, and performs on the latest album by Folk/soul singer Bob Sima. He currently serves as Director of Contemporary Music at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Annapolis, Music Director of AWAKE Ministries, and as choir director for Saint Luke’s United Methodist Church in Reisterstown MD.

Catchy hooks and passionate melodies attributed to inspirational lyrics and messages of the divine encapsulates Long’s music. His debut solo album, All God's Children, is Original and self-produced. On some tracks, such as “Lost What’s Wrong” and “Blessed Are Those”, Josh plays and sings every part. Other songs, like “Mystery” and “Thank You” have been blessed with the musical aide of friends and family. Josh continues to write today and hopes to release more music throughout his career. Josh will be performing for Unitarian Universalist, New Thought, and Christian communities all through 2016.  Long wishes to reach the many millennials who may not attend a church but find the divine through all aspects of life. All God’s Children is just the beginning of a legacy of song and inspiration for a world that is expanding its human and spiritual consciousness.
